Holly is fully trained and has a level 3 award in supporting pre and post-natal clients with exercise and nutrition and she’s been through the journey herself.
We have hundreds of women who are either pregnant or new Mums and you can benefit from their experience and advice as part of the POW8R community Instagram page.

You’ll pay just £29.99 per month – around £1 per day to change your life!
The only equipment you need is a kettlebell and a gym mat.
That's up to you. You can work out in the gym if you want but you'll get the same benefits working out elsewhere. It's totally up to you!
POW8R is suitable for all ages from 16+ - both male and female of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner, new to healthy eating & exercise or someone with years of experience - POW8R is fully accessible!
Once you sign up, you'll have access to over 600 healthy meal ideas and recipes. We will also provide your own macro and calorie guide to suit your personal goals.
Every person is different so you may be able to take part in you're pregnant but please seek the advise of your GP and also let us know if you are expecting so we can provide additional support and advice.
