Holly has a Level 3 award for supporting pre and postnatal clients with exercise and nutrition.

She has worked with all stages of the pregnancy journey and has often led live classes on POW8R while pregnant.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR OUR PREGNANCY FITNESS APP

POW8R has a range of membership options available, but the cheapest option is only £15 a month when the yearly plan is chosen.

The three available plans are:

  • Monthly Plan - £29.99 per month.
  • Quarterly Plan - £70 per month (recurring payment every 3 months).
  • Yearly Plan - £180 per month (recurring every 12 months).

All of these plans include full access to the POW8R pregnancy fitness app.

Exercising throughout pregnancy is something that you should consult with your GP about before starting.

The app is suitable for all stages of pregnancy as the workouts can be adapted and tailored to your current condition.
