- The app can cache recipes, workouts and challenges indefinitely, however workout videos themselves and livestreams require an active internet connection.

- How do I subscribe to the premium plan?
- Open the app.
- Go to the “Premium” section in the menu.
- Choose a subscription plan and follow the prompts to complete the purchase through the App Store.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap on your name at the top, then “Subscriptions.”
- Find the app in the list and select “Cancel Subscription.”
- Are refunds available?
