  • Our app supports iOS devices running iOS 14.0 or later. It works on iPhones and iPads. We also provide an Android version suitable for Android 10 and up.

2. Account & Login

  • How do I create an account?
    • To create an account:
    • Download the app from the App Store.
    • Open the app and click on “Sign Up.”
    • Fill in your details and follow the instructions.
  • What should I do if I forgot my password?
    • On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password.”
    • Enter your registered email address.
    • Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password.
  • Can I use the app without creating an account?
  • Some features may require an account to sync your data and provide a personalized experience. However, basic functionality is available without an account.

3. Features & Functionality

  • How can I customize the app to fit my needs?
    • You can adjust settings by going to the “Settings” tab in the app. From there, you can set your name, profile, smartwatch access, and other related settings.
    • Does the app work offline?
    • The app can cache recipes, workouts and challenges indefinitely, however workout videos themselves and livestreams require an active internet connection.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • How do I subscribe to the premium plan?
    • Open the app.
    • Go to the “Premium” section in the menu.
    • Choose a subscription plan and follow the prompts to complete the purchase through the App Store.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    • Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
    • Tap on your name at the top, then “Subscriptions.”
    • Find the app in the list and select “Cancel Subscription.”
  • Are refunds available?
    • All payments are processed through the App Store. Please refer to Apple’s refund policy for more details.

  • The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
    • Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.
